Architect
A field-wide digital integration programme designed to go beyond the industry-standard Digital Oil Field. Where DOF projects instrument the asset, KwIDF was built on man-to-man and man-to-machine collaboration - the workflow and the decision rights were designed alongside the technology.
Originator and first Manager
Created the Research & Technology function for Kuwait's energy industry from a standing start - structure, mandate, funding model and first portfolio - and served as its first Manager.
Leader
Led KPC's alternative energy agenda, generating major solar projects and authoring the alternative energy roadmap covering the following decade.

Played a leading role on the KPC NET programme, leading the restructuring required for international investment in new energy.
