Approach
Built the function, not just the deliverable
Originating Kuwait's energy R&T group and its first management structure means advice comes from having stood up the capability, staffed it, funded it and defended its value - not from a template.
Technical depth behind the strategy
A PhD in reservoir simulation and fluid and heat modelling underpins the commercial and organisational work. Recommendations survive scrutiny from both the boardroom and the subsurface team.
Proven at national oil company scale
Programmes delivered inside KOC and KPC carry the constraints of a national operator - regulatory, political, multi-stakeholder - not the simplified conditions of a pilot.
